Order Processing
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. During sales, new arrivals, or holiday periods, processing times may be slightly longer.
Shipping Rates & Delivery
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on weight, destination, and chosen shipping method.
Most orders ship via USPS or UPS and typically arrive within 3–7 business days once dispatched.
Local Delivery / Pickup

Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with tracking information so you can follow your package every step of the way.
Incorrect Address
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. Buttercup Lynne is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.
Lost or Delayed Packages
If your package is marked as delivered but you cannot locate it, please contact the carrier directly. We’re happy to help guide you through the process, but carrier resolution is required before replacements or refunds can be considered.
Shipping Damage
If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos, and we’ll make it right.
