Return Policy:

We want our customers to be satisfied with every purchase from Buttercup Lynne Boutique, so we offer a reasonable and smooth return process. Please read our entire return policy before proceeding with the return.

Returns/exchanges are not accepted on the following: jewelry, hats, sale items, final sale items, doorbusters and holiday.

Store credit will be issued for all returns. We do not offer refunds to your card and/or items paid for with Sezzle.

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and returned in their original condition including tags attached.

Original shipping is non-refundable, unless we made a shipping error.

Please allow 2-3 business days for your return to be processed upon arrival of your package. Items not meeting return eligibility will be sent back at the customer's expense. You will receive a confirmation email notifying you that your return has been processed.

If you would like to exchange the item for a different size and it is still available at the time of processing your return, we will send the different size. Just let us know in the return packaging, along with your original order information. If the size is unavailable, we will issue a store credit to your account.

Discounts cannot be applied to previously purchased items.

Please include a note in the return package to include: your name, order number, and the items you're returning. Each item must be accompanied by its respective order number.

Damaged Items:

While we strive to inspect every item before shipment, if you receive a damaged item, please notify us at customerservice@buttercuplynne.com with the following details: order number, item name or SKU and a photo of the damaged item, if possible.
